About Ziggyy

Software gave businesses more tools.

Somehow, it also gave them more things to manage.

  • Email
  • Chat
  • CRMs
  • Dashboards
  • Project tools
  • Documents
  • Spreadsheets
  • Automations
  • AI

Every generation of software promised less work. Yet people still spend a large part of the day moving information between systems, checking whether something happened, chasing missing pieces and working out what needs attention next.

We think software should carry more of that responsibility. That's why we're building Ziggyy.

The idea

What if you could give software responsibility instead of instructions?

  1. Most software asks

“What do you want to click?”

  2. Automation platforms ask

“What trigger and actions do you want to connect?”

  3. AI chat asks

“What question do you want answered?”

  4. Ziggyy asks

    “What needs to happen?”

That question is the foundation of Ziggyy. The answer becomes a Mission.

Product philosophy

What we believe, and what it changes.

  1. Outcomes over activity

We don't care that an AI generated 200 messages or ran 74 actions. We care whether the Mission succeeded.

  2. Missions over agents

You shouldn't have to manage imaginary AI employees. The business outcome is the product; the machinery underneath is our problem.

  3. Context before configuration

People know their businesses. They shouldn't also have to know workflow architecture. Ziggyy learns through conversation, context and clarification.

  4. Useful before automatic

Automation without confidence isn't freedom — it's another thing to worry about. Ziggyy proves useful work under supervision first.

  5. Human control where it matters

Good automation isn't maximum autonomy. It's appropriate autonomy. Routine work disappears; important decisions stay visible.

  6. Exceptions are part of the product

Anyone can demo the happy path. Businesses live in the other paths too — missing, changed, unanswered, disagreeing, unavailable.

  7. Completion should be provable

“API call succeeded” isn't “the job is done.” Missions define success and keep the evidence.

  8. Less software management, not more

If you spend every morning supervising your AI, we've built another dashboard. Ziggyy works. You handle what actually needs you.

We don't want you to become good at Ziggyy. We want Ziggyy to become good at your business.

That changes onboarding, permissions, the interface, how Missions are defined, how exceptions surface — and what counts as activation.

Activation isn't

  • Account created.
  • Three integrations connected.
  • Workflow published.

Activation is

Something useful happened.

The long-term vision

A quieter operating system for work.

Imagine opening your business in the morning and not starting with ten systems. Instead:

Underneath that simple view, Missions keep coordinating the recurring work your company depends on. Different models, systems and actions — one place responsible for carrying the thread.

That's the direction. Today, Ziggyy starts with one Mission at a time.

  1. What completed.
  2. What changed.
  3. What needs you.

What we're not building

  • An AI chat box on every screen.
  • Every business process turned into an autonomous agent.
  • A replacement for excellent specialist software.
  • Automation for the sake of saying something was automated.

We're interested in the messy space between systems: the responsibilities that still belong to a person because software has never quite owned the whole job.

Built around trust

The more useful AI becomes, the more control matters.

  • Explicit Mission boundaries
  • Contextual permissions
  • Human approvals
  • Persistent state
  • Visible exceptions
  • Spending and usage controls
  • Evidence
  • History
  • Completion criteria
  • Safe failure
  • Recovery

These aren't enterprise features to bolt on later. They're what makes a Mission a Mission.

Our standard

Ziggyy should earn another Mission.

Nobody should hand an unfamiliar system their company on day one. Give us one responsibility — real, repetitive, worth fixing. We'll work to make it disappear from your mental load. Then decide whether Ziggyy deserves another.

  1. One Mission works
  2. Then three
  3. Then seven

Give Ziggyy something that keeps coming back.

Let's see if we can make it stop coming back to you.
