- What's an active Mission?
- A recurring responsibility you've activated for Ziggyy to operate — for example, keeping qualifying Amazon orders current in a Google Sheet. A Mission in its supervised proof isn't active yet, and nothing is priced by seats, steps or tasks.

You shouldn't pay for a promise that has only been configured. So before a Mission runs routinely, Ziggyy proves it under supervision on your real work, and you judge the result.

Some Missions use external AI models, APIs or data services with their own costs. Those are separate from Ziggyy's fee — during the proof and after.

Pricing questions
What does Ziggyy cost?
$99/month, which includes your first active Mission. Each additional active Mission is +$49/month. External AI, API or provider usage may be billed separately where it applies, and complex or higher-scale deployments may need a custom plan.
Before any of that, your first Mission is proven under supervision with a $0 platform fee, and you decide whether it's worth activating. Supervised proofs and billing are in development; your price is always shown before you activate.
Is the first Mission free? Is this a 14-day trial?
The proof is free; ongoing operation isn't. Your first Mission is proven under supervision with a $0 Ziggyy platform fee, for up to 14 calendar days from the first supervised proof run.
It's a proof window, not a software trial. The clock doesn't start when you sign up, describe the Mission or connect a system — only when Ziggyy starts the supervised proof run.
The proof can end sooner: when the agreed outcome is verified, if the Mission turns out not to be supportable yet, if the access or information it needs isn't available, or if continuing would exceed the agreed safety or usage limits. It isn't meant to run as a live production process.
Supervised proofs are in development; this is how they're designed to work.
When do I start paying — and what happens after the proof?
Once the proof has produced a verified result, you decide whether to activate the Mission. If you do, $99/month begins for your first active Mission. If you don't, nothing is charged.
Supervised proofs and billing are in development — nobody is charged during the preview.
What counts as an additional Mission?
Each recurring responsibility you activate beyond the first is an additional active Mission, at +$49/month. For example, tracking Amazon orders in a sheet and following up overdue invoices are two Missions.
Seats, steps, tasks and the systems a Mission touches don't change the price. Ziggyy earns each additional Mission the way it earned the first.
What if Ziggyy can't prove the Mission?
Then don't activate it. You pay for Missions you choose to keep running, not for trying. If a Mission isn't supportable yet, Ziggyy says so rather than stretching the proof.
Are AI, API or provider costs included?
No. External services can have their own usage costs — during the proof and after — and they're kept separate from Ziggyy's fee rather than hidden in it.
Where they apply, Ziggyy is designed to show what to expect and the limits you approve before the proof and before activation. Estimates are in development.
Can I run several free proofs?
There's one free proof per company or organization, for one Mission, unless we agree otherwise. After that, each Mission you activate is part of the monthly price.
What about complex or high-volume Missions?
Complex or higher-scale deployments may require a custom plan. Tell us about the work when you describe the Mission, and we'll agree the right plan with you.
Where Ziggyy is today
Pricing tells you what Ziggyy costs; this tells you what you can use now. Defining a Mission — its systems, access and controls — works today in the setup preview. Supervised proofs, recurring operation and billing are being built, and nobody is charged until activation exists and you choose it.
