How it works

Start with the outcome. Not the workflow.

You shouldn't have to learn automation software before automating your business. Tell Ziggyy what you're trying to accomplish. Ziggyy turns it into a controlled Mission, connects only what it needs and proves the work before you depend on it.

No nodes. No giant configuration form. No pretending you already know the solution.

  1. You explain
  2. Ziggyy understands
  3. Systems connect
  4. Boundaries agreed
  5. Ziggyy proves it
  6. You activate
  7. Exceptions find you

From a sentence to a running Mission

  1. 01Available in preview

Tell Ziggyy what needs to happen.

Start naturally. Ziggyy begins from the business outcome, not the software implementation.

    • “Every week I want to know which accounts need attention.”
    • “Make sure these requests don't fall through.”
    • “Check these systems every morning and tell me only when something is wrong.”

Put Amazon orders over $500 into our Google Sheet.

One sentence. Ziggyy takes it from there.

  2. 02Available in preview

Ziggyy learns how the work actually works.

Good automation depends on details people don't realize are details. What counts as urgent? Who can approve this? Which source wins when systems disagree? Ziggyy discovers those rules with you — not through a 40-field form.

    • Uses what you've already said
    • Learns from company context you add
    • Shows its inferences, and asks you to confirm them
    • Asks only questions that change the Mission
    • Remembers corrections

Ziggyy shouldn't keep asking you what it already knows.

    What Ziggyy already understands

    • Every Amazon order over $500 recorded in your Google SheetFrom your Mission
    • Operations owns ordersFrom Operating handbook.pdf
    • Missing or ambiguous fields go to OperationsFrom Operating handbook.pdf

    One question

If an order changes after it's recorded, should Ziggyy update the row?

  3. 03Available in preview

    Watch the Mission take shape.

As Ziggyy understands the problem, a live Mission definition emerges: objective, inputs, trigger, rules, controls, approvals, completion and exceptions — in your language.

“Yes. That's actually how we work.”

    Mission definition

    Objective
Every Amazon order over $500 is in the Orders sheet — once, and current.
    Trigger
    Whenever a new order arrives.
    RulesUpdated
Only orders over $500. One row per order ID.
    Controls
Rows are added automatically. Overwriting a conflicting row asks first. Refunds never happen.
    Completion
Every qualifying order appears exactly once and matches its current state.
  4. 04Available in preview

Connect only what the Mission needs.

Every permission has a reason. Ziggyy explains what it needs to read, what it needs to change and why — and lists what it doesn't need, just as clearly.

    Google SheetsRequired

    Destination for qualifying orders

    Needs access to

    • Check which orders are already there
    • Add new matching orders
    • Update a row when its order changes

    Doesn't need access to

    • Delete rows or spreadsheets

Limited to: Only the Orders spreadsheet — no other files

Each permission has a reason. Connections in the preview are simulated.

  5. 05Available in preview

Decide where Ziggyy can act — and where it needs you.

Not every action deserves the same autonomy. Set what happens automatically, what asks first and what never happens — plus limits, thresholds and who reviews what.

Give Ziggyy freedom where it helps. Keep control where it matters.

    Autonomy isn't all or nothing

    1. Observe

      Monitors and reports. Changes nothing.

    2. SupervisedRecommended first

Acts on routine work, asks before anything sensitive.

    3. Controlled autonomy

Acts within approved rules and limits. Exceptions come to you.

    • Does automatically

      Routine, low-risk, reversible

      • Read new orders
      • Add new matching rows
      • Update a row when its order changes
    • Asks you first

      Consequential or conflicting

      • Overwrite a row when Amazon and the sheet disagree
    • Never does

      Outside the Mission

      • Refund, cancel or change orders
      • Delete rows or open other spreadsheets
  6. 06In development

Ziggyy proves the Mission before you rely on it.

Before a Mission becomes routine, Ziggyy runs it under supervision. You see what it found, what it decided, what it would do, what needs approval, the evidence — and whether completion was actually reached. Correct anything; the Mission learns.

    Useful before automatic.

    Exceptions

  7. 07Planned

    Activate the Mission.

Once the Mission has produced a result you trust, activate it. Ziggyy keeps its state over time — so recurring work continues from where it is, instead of starting from zero every run.

Every piece of work keeps its state

    • In progress
    • Waiting
    • Approved

The next run starts from where the work is — not from zero.

    Mission Control shows what matters.

Not a wall of analytics. The questions that matter: what is Ziggyy working on, what changed, what completed, what needs me, is anything stuck — and can I prove what happened?

Needs You, verification, recovery and history

Needs You

Ziggyy handles the routine. Needs You handles the exceptions.

When judgement is needed, Ziggyy brings the exact decision — not a feed to monitor.

Needs You

Overdue invoice follow-ups

Northwind Wholesale appears to dispute invoice #1028.

Why Ziggyy stopped
The balance in Stripe and the amount in the customer's reply don't match, and your rule sends disputed invoices to Finance before any reminder goes out.
Evidence
  • Stripe · invoice #1028$4,820 outstanding, 38 days overdue
  • Gmail · customer reply, 24 Sep“We paid $870 on 2 Sep — the balance should be $3,950.”
  • Stripe · payments$870 received 2 Sep, not applied to #1028
  • Your ruleDisputed invoices go to Finance. No reminder is sent.
Recommended
Hold the reminder. Ask Finance to apply the $870 payment, then re-check the balance.

30 other overdue accounts need nothing from you.

Verified outcomes

“Done” should mean done.

A Mission isn't complete because an API call succeeded. Ziggyy checks the success criteria the Mission defined:

  • The intended action happened
  • Records reconcile
  • The expected response exists
  • The required artifact was created
  • The right state was reached

An action is not an outcome.

Verified

This week

Track qualifying Amazon orders in Google Sheets

  • 146qualifying orders received
  • 143rows written, each matching its order
  • 0duplicate rows
  • 3held for Operations with the order attached — none dropped

An action is not an outcome. Ziggyy checks the business condition the Mission promised — not that an update was sent.

Recovery

Real work doesn't follow the happy path.

Connections fail. Data arrives late. People don't answer. Information conflicts.

Safe to retry
Ziggyy retries, within the Mission's limits

History

Know what happened.

Accountable, not mysterious. History records meaningful Mission events — the rule, the evidence and the result. Not the model's private reasoning.

Eventually, the best Mission becomes boring.

It runs. The routine gets handled. The unusual things find you. You know what happened. And something that used to occupy your team simply stops being a problem.

That's the goal.
